Purpose

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Newbitcoin Pool Rewards full website staking interface. By accessing the application you agree to be bound by these terms.

Non-custodial protocol

Interactions originate from your wallet directly to the CommunityReward smart contract. You are solely responsible for gas fees, transaction confirmation, and protecting your private keys.

Token locking and rewards

When you stake FNBTC your tokens are locked for the entire duration selected. Rewards are not guaranteed and may vary according to smart contract logic, plan parameters, and network conditions.

Smart contract risk

Smart contracts are experimental software. Audits and security reviews reduce but do not eliminate risk. By staking you acknowledge that exploits, bugs, or third-party failures could result in partial or total loss of funds.

Compliance

You are responsible for complying with local regulations, including any tax reporting obligations that arise from using this application.

Program terms for Community and Auto Mining

Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage with digital assets in their jurisdiction.
  • A valid Newbitcoin Pool Rewards full website account and compatible wallet are required.
  • Users must follow anti-fraud policies and platform rules. Accounts created for abuse or manipulation may be suspended.

Community Mining rules

  • Minimum lock period is 30 days. Early withdrawals are not permitted.
  • Daily platform tasks must be completed to remain eligible for full rewards.
  • Rewards are distributed in FNBTC and ARBT tokens and fluctuate with pool performance.
  • Users may elect to compound rewards by restaking earned tokens.
  • Accounts with no activity for 30 days may be marked inactive and rewards paused until reactivation.

Auto Mining rules

  • A minimum deposit of 100 FNBTC (or equivalent) is required to start an auto plan.
  • Rewards are generated automatically and distributed daily in accordance with the selected plan.
  • Principal FNBTC remains locked for the plan duration. Rewards may be withdrawn subject to network confirmation.
  • System maintenance or blockchain congestion may temporarily delay accruals or withdrawals.

Dual reward structure and liquidity

  • Users receive dual income streams in FNBTC (fuel mining token) and ARBT (arbitrage and liquidity token).
  • ARBT may be swapped 1:1 with NEWBTC according to published unlock schedules or sold in open markets where supported.
  • Token liquidity is not guaranteed. Market conditions may affect your ability to trade at desired prices.

Referral and rank program

  • Referral income depends on staking tier, performance, and active rank status.
  • Misuse of referral links, self-referrals, or fake accounts results in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.
  • Commission structures may change with prior notice to maintain ecosystem sustainability.

Security and conduct

  • Keep wallet credentials, two-factor authentication, and devices secure. You are responsible for safeguarding access.
  • The team reserves the right to investigate or freeze accounts exhibiting suspicious or abusive behaviour.
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities or security incidents promptly to [email protected].

Risk acknowledgement

  • Cryptocurrency involvement carries market, liquidity, regulatory, and technology risks. Only stake funds you can afford to lose.
  • Newbitcoin Pool Rewards full website does not offer investment, legal, or tax advice. Conduct your own research or consult a qualified professional.
  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.

Dispute resolution and updates

  • Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be highlighted within the application or official channels.
  • If a dispute arises, parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation or community governance mechanisms before escalating further.
